Youth & ChildrenSundays During our Sunday services our children and young people join the adults for about 20 minutes or so and then go off for fun packed and thought provoking activities. On the first Sunday of each month, we run an “All Age Service” at 4pm in the afternoon. This service is designed for all ages and includes lots of fun, games, activities and input suitable for younger children and teens as well as adults. Our youth are also involved in putting this service together. Click below to find out more about our midweek groups for youth: For school years 4-6, Energize is a lively, interactive club that seeks to learn more about God and have loads of fun and games in the process. Energize meets every other Thursday. For school years 7-11, B@ is a highly energetic club that engages with today’s teen culture from a Christian perspective. They meet each Friday evening and enjoy a variety of activities such as Wide Games, Ten Pin Bowling, Quaser, woodland treasure hunts, film nights and even a spot of “extreme ironing”. RFG (Radical For God) meets on Tuesday nights and is a place for those who want to take their faith seriously and ask questions that are deeper than subjects that may be covered at church or at Youth Alpha. For year 11s upwards, Salt meets once a month with a focus on contemporary music, chilling out, going out, eating great food and generally having a good time while engaging in discussion on the meaning of life and other relevant issues. Pulse is a monthly social action project involving youth from all the churches in Chorleywood. – |
