Katharine and Ian Maxwell
Katharine Maxwell, Co-leader and Children’s Leader
Katharine is a volunteer leader at Carpenters and heads up the children’s work. She has three teenage children and is married to Ian.
Katharine works part time as a Family Support Worker at Chorleywood Children's Centre.

Ian Maxwell is a self employed management consultant and runs his own business-Optimisebills.com
Ian also leads worship and speaks occasionally. He also helps to lead the men's social group-MAS (Middle Age Spread) and helps with some youth activities-co leading the boys fortnightly group Just-Be.
Becca Dean, Youth Worker
Becca has been employed as our youth worker since September 2008. Her energy and enthusiasm has brought a fresh approach to all the various youth activities. She also fully engages with all the other activities taking place in Carpenters.
